This section explains how to request a refund after participating in an IDO on Unicorn Hunter Launchpad.
Who Can Get a Refund?
Regardless of your tier (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond), you can get a full refund (100%) as long as you meet these two conditions:
Unclaimed Tokens: You haven't claimed your allocated tokens yet. Once you claim them, you won't be eligible for a refund.
Timely Request: You submit your refund request within 12 hours of completing your payment.
Important Note: It can take up to 2 business days to process your refund request after you submit it.
Time Limit for Cooling Off and Requesting a Refund
After all the IDO contribution rounds on Unicorn Hunter Launchpad are finished, there will be a 12-hour cooldown period. Take the opportunity to request a refund if you've had a change of heart. Refund requests will no longer be accepted after the 12-hour period.
